Levitating Glass & Plates

Levitating Cocktail Glass & Floating Plates

A drink or a dish that hovers in mid-air, slowly rotating above its base with nothing holding it up. Leviou's levitating glass and plates turn serving into a show. They're made for bars, restaurants, events and hosts who want their table remembered. Both are designed in Sweden and use the same precision magnetic levitation technology as our levitating art.

Levitating Cocktail Glass

The Leviou Glass is a full-size 350 ml cocktail glass in food-safe material that floats 20–30 mm above its magnetic base and rotates a full 360°. As it turns, light passing through the glass creates shifting reflections, which makes it a striking centrepiece on a bar counter, a home bar or a cocktail-party table.

Levitating Plates for Food

The Leviou Plate is a food-safe melamine plate that hovers 20–40 mm above its base and rotates silently. It comes in three sizes (16 cm dessert, 20 cm salad and 25 cm dinner) and holds a total load of up to 400 g. That's ideal for a plated dessert, sushi, a starter or a single showpiece dish.

For Bars, Restaurants and Events

Floating glassware and tableware create a moment guests photograph and share. Use them for a signature cocktail, a chef's tasting course, product launches, weddings or brand events. For a branded version, see our custom levitating logo displays.

FAQ

How does a levitating glass or plate work?
The base contains an electromagnet and precision sensors that constantly adjust the magnetic field, holding the glass or plate in a stable, hovering position while it slowly rotates.

Can you put food on a levitating plate?
Yes. The plate is made of food-safe melamine and holds a total load of up to 400 g, so it suits desserts, starters and small dishes.

What is included?
Each product comes with its magnetic levitation base (black or white), a power adapter and a setup guide.

Is magnetic levitation safe?
Yes. The system uses a low-power, contained magnetic field. Read more in Is Magnetic Levitation Safe?
