1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Origin & Method

We are proud to ship all of our packages directly from Sweden. To ensure peace of mind and secure delivery, every single package we send includes a tracking number, regardless of the destination. Custom orders might be shipped from our partners directly.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our orders.

  • Domestic (Within Sweden): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Cost: Free Shipping.
  • Within the EU: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Cost: Free Shipping
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Cost: Free Shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier-related issues.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 72 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey from Sweden right to your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Leviou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Note for EU Customers: Since we ship from Sweden, orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@leviou.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier e.g., PostNord, DHL, UPS directly to investigate, the courier depends on which country you reside in.
