FAQ – The Prism

What material is it made of? The Prism is crafted from a high-density 3D-printed composite material. This allows for sharp, precise edges while maintaining the specific weight distribution required for stable levitation. The finish resembles dark wood.

Does it spin fast or slow? The rotation speed is determined by the initial spin you give it. Because there is virtually no friction, a gentle spin can keep the Prism rotating slowly and elegantly for hours.

Is it hard to balance due to the angles? Not at all. Despite its complex exterior, the internal magnetic core is perfectly centered. Simply lower it onto the base using the included guide, and it will lock into its floating position just as easily as our spherical models.

Can I float my own objects on the base?

Yes. As long as the object is balanced and weighs under 400g, you can place it on the included neodymium magnet to make it float.
